Pros
I was contracted through Akkodis to work at Electrify America. My recruiter was great. 90% of the time my engagement manager was available and communicated well. However she was retiring and the level of care diminished significantly. I don't have a lot to say about Akkodis since I had very little interaction with them. My interaction was with Electrify America.
Cons
Hiring process took about 5 months. After being terminated from my position, I was told there were very little jobs to be had currently. I immediately checked several hiring sites, and came up with 3500+ jobs. After my termination, I was told they would be in touch. After many attempts to reach out to them to help me find other employment, it was a ghost town. They will not stand behind their contracted employees when a dispute comes up. Especially in the areas that break the law. Lost health care benefits when I missed the deadline because they didn't roll over.
