      Pros

      Taking Good Care of the Employees. The Company also stable because its under the supervision of Nestle Waters Riyadh. They are goal oriented and see to it that the targets are hit on time.

      Cons

      Some departments don't give orientation to new employee. Long hour of working time. Some departments don't give overtime. No system regarding a salary increase for employment . You need to ask for salary increase instead of Human Resource reviewing your work if your qualified for an increase.
