      Fire people for no given reason before probation ends Within 7 months from team of 11 people 6 were fired during their probation time without any given reason There was no mistakes done No notice was given

      Pros

      Coworkers are generally nice and helpful and scheduling is quite flexible.

      Cons

      The CEO is very unprofessional. Will fire you for an unexplained reason in a "termination letter" that does not even make sense. This has happened to multiple employees in the 2 months I worked there. They would start working perfectly fine and after a week I would never see them again.
