Small organization - not a ton of room for advancement within. Workload correlated with seminar seasons - some times were extremely busy and others extremely slow.
**Zero stars across the board. A truly horrible place to work. The Management is extremely unprofessional. You are treated like trash. No HR department. Company has recently lost two law suits for creating a hostile work environment. Low Pay. Worst company that I have ever worked for.
