Pros
- Freedom to do a lot of research - Some good colleagues who are passionate about their work
Cons
- No professional development for all staff to be fully equipped and competent at developing curriculum - Must be in office, really hard to get days off even with legit reasons - Too much focus on the sales team and most training is actually product training rather than competency training - Top management is very archaic and hierarchical. Everything needs to go through hierarchy - Line manager for content has very minimal early childhood education competencies and only focuses on people management
