That said, we recognize that sales roles are inherently high-pressure, fast-paced, and performance-driven. With this in mind, we invest heavily in preparing and supporting both new and existing Sales Representatives through structured training, ride-along strategies, territory management support, and industry insights designed to help them overcome challenges and close more deals. Additionally, all Sales Representatives receive ongoing peer-to-peer collaboration, as well as continuous sales and product training, to support long-term, sustainable success. We also recognize that work-life balance is essential for both physical and mental well-being, as well as for family time and home-life stability.
