Good place to learn, but have to fight to get a good salary. Fun people, good culture. Opportunities for self starters.

Communication could be better sometimes.

This is a decent company to work in as a data engineer. Both consulting and product development work available, depending on the needs of the company and individual preferences. Management style with very low hierarchy is a big plus.

Salary levels do not really progress that much when you're in the company, so best negotiate a good contract during the recruitment process. Feels like this is an industry standard though.
