Pros
- Co workers are great to work with - The new management that came in at the end of 2024 has changed so many processes for the good. - Our base pay has increased and it’s turned into a place I'm happy to wake up and come into work. -Monthly BBQs are an added bonus getting to mingle with the rest of the site.
Cons
- Long hours on a microscope but we get to take lots of breaks and enough test variation through the week so it’s not too bad.
