Pros
There is opportunity for smart, talented people to advance. There are a number of different divisions and testing companies within ALS so lateral moves and relocation moves are available to employees that apply. Benefits (medical, 401K) are above average.
Cons
The company is driven by bottom line performance. Investment in resources (especially talent) is below average for the size of the company. Good employees are overworked while poor performance is overlooked and tolerated.
