Pros
If you have a good work ethic then the 12 hour days fly by and then you get four whole days off. You are definitely kept busy, but I found it enjoyable to push myself. The senior staff are a really good bunch too, and there's definitely opportunities for progression if you stick around
Cons
You have to be: A fast worker Able to cope with long days on your feet Largely simple tasks Not big jumps in pay for each promotion
