Pros
I have been working for ALS for the past 7 years. I have risen through the ranks from a laboratory technician and now in a management role. What I like the most is that I have been given an opportunity. An opportunity to develop is there for anyone prepared to learn and contribute satisfactorily. I have had an amazing opportunity to work in regional labs, you will feel right at home. The hub lab is helpful in information and assisting in coordination of activities. Organizational values are very strong and the company is very competitive. You will always look out for something new that is innovative. That makes working for ALS fun and enjoyable.
Cons
It has its ups and downs like many other companies. What’s consistent is that you will be heard and all concerns adequately addressed.
