We appreciate your feedback. It is re-assuring to hear that you find ALS is a great company to work for. However, we are troubled to hear that you feel management is making promises that they don’t keep. At ALS, it is an important value that we follow through on our commitments. While there may be the occasional time it is not possible to do so due to changing circumstances, employees should be provided with an explanation if this should happen.
