      Ok place to get some experience. But, get out when you can.

      Cons

      Not nearly enough pay. You are overworked and under appreciated. They froze raises during covid for the shareholders benefit, they do not care about their employees who make their company run.

      Pros

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
