One of the worst labs I’ve ever worked for - Volatiles Analyst II ALS Global Employee Review

Terrible management. Shady practices. Overstepping coworkers. No structure with training. All done on the fly without current SOP’s. Lots of processes did not have any SOP. No designated trainers. Manager “too busy” to deal with you so basically just ignores you until your 90 day review. Data is not secure. Software is terrible. No traceability for data. Recruiters will lie to you about position and benefits, so beware. They will also randomly close to “balance the books” and force you to use PTO or take unpaid with very short notice. So if you need a reliable income you might get put in a pinch. They also force you to take a week off in the slow season which you have to use pto to cover.
