      Pros

      * Anthony & Andrew (founders) are fantastic guys to work for. Still very hands on, recruiting & doing BD. Both excellent recruiters and remain top billers in the business. * Professional environment without the high pressure/micro management of other recruitment firms. * Great commission structure. Clear and transparent. * Great fun office environment

      Cons

      * Great commission, but generally pay lower base salaries. Makes sense, as it keeps the business profitable. If you back yourself to bill, you will be well remunerated

      Pros

      The company has a great culture, hands off management that empowers you to excel. The brand is positively recognized in Asia, as recruiters are motivated to take a consultative approach and work closely with clients. They don’t push KPIs like larger recruitment firms. Consultants here actually care about their clients and candidates.
