      High empowerment with accountability. Genuinely! Collegial environment, with excellent team work Receptive and active management available to support, guide and resolve

      Cons

      Dreamland for adrenaline freaks. I love it personally. But for some, the high-performance culture can give initially quite a shell-shock :)
