The company is in its growth phase and hence the focus of Alstom is shifting its base from France to countries like India (where the forthcoming business opportunities for the company is relatively large scale). Its always good to grow with a growing company. Alstom offers an open culture, you are encouraged to be creative (but some times may feel questioned - but trust me... they question you only to be fully satisfied).
