Pros
Working to try to make things better, but the lack of trust from the French employees makes this a daily challenge.
Cons
No trust organization with a very poor "leadership team" that are driving poor results. It is difficult for the French leaders to listen and to collaborate with the American employees that are hired to help make the organization better. If you are willing to be cursed at, yelled at, and to constantly be told what to do this is the place for you. In three years the Hornell team hired and let ago of hundreds of employees. It was such a shame to see the lack of respect for their employees and to see so many great people leave. If you are looking for a great job hold off and wait for something else to come along.
