Pros
Very high compensation and very easy to get hired. If you don't have good job opportunities and need money, then Alstom might be a solution.
Cons
Management is weak, and not willing to tackle internal problems. This means that the culture in the company suffers from bad actors, who continue to create problems. The work culture is very slow, and top down hierarchical. Often ideas and solutions cannot be implemented, because churning the machine just takes too long.
