      1. Best environment for self learners, there is no stopping 2. Best support & coverage on medical claims 3. Few platforms have best supporting manager and leaders 4. Onsite employees are very helpful (especially French guys)

      Cons

      1. Unlucky if you got into worst team 2. Onsite is possible only if you are managers favorite 3. Time (Hours) booking is a big joke
