Pros
Employee inter-relations is good, colleagues are very helpful and inter-department help is easy to get. Direct managers and team leads are a great resource, effective, well versed and very approachable. The directors are pleasant and effective.
Cons
The team is split working on different system sub-modules however do not interact often, fostering a silo work environment so getting a system view of the advance of the work is difficult to see. Training offered to employees is not well communicated and very scarce.
