      Big company, lots of opportunity internally, best colleagues, Bagmane tech park office have great canteen, flexible work from home in case of emergency, project wise foreign trips, one project got you will be engaged till 2-3 years

      Management decision, punch in and out system, company runs on tenders so project wise workloads
