Pros
This is very important to me. Providing a healthy & remote-friendly working environment, the company spent a lot of effort to make sure the employees get what they need. They make sure their employee can take the days off for themselves without feeling guilty. Boss won't be breathing down your neck all the time. It's like a difference between leader vs manager. The people I work with are pretty experienced, it's not like you will work with a bunch of new grads or junior people, I have learned a lot from my peers. Yet it's a startup, and there are many projects and opportunities, it is unavoidable there are some shifting in business, but it is within a reasonable range. I personally love the flexibility in project that comes with it
Cons
It is a startup, after all, time crunch and resource shortage is always there. People would feel the pressure to get things done first, which can be dangerous. Sometimes the quality of the work can be comprimized and leads to frustration.
