Pros

-Industry-leading benefits package including comprehensive health coverage, pet insurance, NYC office gym coverage, and substantial parental leave for all parents (not just primary caregivers/birthing parents). -Exceptional flexibility that truly supports work-life integration. We have a fantastic office in Williamsburg that's worth the trek, but if you can't make it in person, it's okay as long as you're getting your work done. -Remarkably intelligent colleagues who bring diverse perspectives from various fields. Every meeting feels like an opportunity to learn something new. -Genuinely kind and supportive culture. Despite working on cutting-edge technology, there's zero ego. People are always willing to help, share knowledge, and celebrate each other's successes. -Clear mission-driven focus on developing AI that benefits humanity. We're not just chasing technological advancement – there's careful consideration of ethics and real-world impact in every decision. -Flexible PTO, mental health days, and a culture that respects the person behind the job. -Competitive compensation package including equity that makes you feel truly invested in the company's success.

Cons

-Being in a rapidly evolving field means priorities can shift quickly. -The staff could be more diverse, and I know the team is working hard to address this.

Pros

Great benefits package, includes relocation. Great salary. Great environment. People treat you with respect, and because it's a small plant, they all know each other.

Cons

Bad planning some times. Things take some time to continue. The plant is in the middle of nowhere, but really close to big cities like Austin, TX and San Antonio, TX.
