      Wonderful co-workers & OEM's. You can learn a lot by doing the ground level work in most of the departments.

      Cons

      Too much micro-management and interference in work by leadership team. Leadership team has serious trust issues. Encouragement for bully managers. No action on incident reporting. Favoritism.
