Pros
- Good for fresh grad as launch pad - Easy to get work for big brand company ex- morgan stanley etc.
Cons
I will never suggest for any full time experience holder to join this company even if they offer 20% hike in your salary or do any suspicious promise. 1. Lack of transparency on employee benefits. ex- medical benefits, holidays, Sick leave. 2. They don't tell you all the employee benefits ex- sick leave, holidays. I was working for Morgan stanley but I came to know that I need to take force vacation of 10days based on Morgan policy as per their mentioned period whereas I was employee of Alten Canada. Felt like I begged my vacation and didn't earned it. 3. Alten and Morgan have their hidden agreement which they don't tell the new hire means you can't join the client until Alten wants. Which is illegal hidden obligation on employee. 4. Micromanagement was big problem. They focus on Teams, Skype availability/green status rather than employees productivity about work. 5. Alten manager workship and will ask you to workship client like Morgan like God which I find the lack of openness means you will not be able to speak your heart and you will always feel like outsider. 6. Client manager doesn't treat you employee and part of that company as they feel you are outside so they can say anything and you have to accept and work on that. 7. There is no vertical or financial growth
