Company has been split into two separate entities, mostly now ALS except Conwy which is now under Synlab - Chemist ALcontrol Employee Review

Many tests in Conwy site only applicable to the Conwy lab and not used in other analytical labs so hard to transfer experience. Progression is limited and wages are shocking with 'North Wales wages' seeming to be the excuse. ('Lab techs' paid less than supermarket staff)
