Benefits were good, but expensive. Worked with some great people

Top-heavy organization with very limited opportunities for growth. Work-life balance was virtually nonexistent. Salary was below industry average, and increases were usually small. Toxic behavior was constantly tolerated from certain employees even though numerous people were negatively impacted.
