Corporate Level Management, from district managers, to company departments, to field recruiters. Potential candidates are given false information and hopes, managers are mislead and deceived with store and business decisions and outlooks. Employees are told there are pay freezes, but others are getting merit increases. No room for growth unless you are "brown nosing" your way through the ranks. Talent and passion are not what this company looks for in employees, these employees are the first ones that get over looked and let go. This is not complaining of a former employee, it's making others aware of the unprofessionalism that happens with this company, and how employees are a number and easily disposable.
