Nice bonus structure, great discounts, and if you are talented there's plenty of room for growth
Cons
Sometimes DSMs can micromanage performance, which adds unnecessary stress sometimes, especially if you are consistently performing over target. All store managers are required to work 6 days a week for the month of December.
