Pros
This is a great place to start a career in the dental industry. They are currently investing a lot in there infrastructure. Amtouch is direct with all the major dental manufactures. This is a growing company where new reps can experience large territory growth.
Cons
Starting pay is low for the industry. There has been a lot of turnover in many different management rolls. You will never receive a increase in your base salary. You will receive an increase in your commission but you will be told you are required to give yourself a raise through growth. They also take a cut for "cost of doing business" out of your gross profit which is what your commission is based on.
