      Pros

      Pretty standard work hours and CEO provides little extras for employees like catered lunches here and there.

      Cons

      Overall the company seems disorganized and nepotism is an issue as it would be in family run company. There doesn't seem to be much of a roadmap and if there is, it seems to change with the wind.

      Really liked the people there. OverPrevious leadership was good and future is even better, theyve got some really talented young individuals inovled.

      Cons

      They need to make a decision on remote work or in office work. They have been going back and forth for many years.
