Pros
Very fast paced environment, many things to learn and many nice people. There is work on global projects. This is great place to get your foot in the door and gain experiences in clinical research that you may not have otherwise had.
Cons
Not a lot of time for staff development and management could improve on professionalism to set an example to the rest of the staff.
