Must be driven and a team player. These aren't cons in themselves, but if that doesn't fit an applicant's character traits, he/she probably need to look elsewhere.

Pros

Great SVP of sales- easily the best person I have worked for in my professional career - great culture and great on going education and training. Income is fantastic if you produce

Cons

Some of the managers/directors like to micro manage and often only ask the same questions on every deal… are you selling value? They also have a lot of steps that could be eliminated from managers if they would log on to salesforce and look at the deals. There are certainly a lot of favorites who have been promoted and are not in a position because of skill set
