Pros
Every company on the planet preaches "culture". Time again time again, the word culture becomes synonymous with cubical rat, a number or a paycheck. Not here at AMAROK. The leadership practice what they preach. They look for an exceptional candidate that meets the mark, and if you are lucky enough to be that person, AMAROK is an amazing organization to be a part of. When they say family FIRST, they mean it. Sick kid, no problem and no guilt. Dog get bitten in the face by a fire-ant, again, no problem. Take care of your personal life with no strings attached. Every team across every facet backs each other up; Proving Culture instead of preaching it.
Cons
Not a lot of downsides per se. AMAROK is growing immensely and at a lightening pace, you must have the desire to do so as well.
