Pros
Free Movies, Popcorn, and soft drinks! Fellow employees are almost always great to work with. Good opportunities for advancement. Very flexible most times across many different levels. Extremely diverse, friendly, open, and welcoming company!
Cons
Recent changes in certain policies and procedures appear to be detracting from Vision/Mission of company. While more money seems to be made; there are frequent guest complaints. Management team does not always take a personal interest in their "team" / employees and should treat them more like assets than liabilities or mere "co-workers."
