Pros
Free movies, flexible hours, works with your schedule, free movie memorabilia. Beyond that..I can't find many upsides. It's a beginner job, for those with little to no skills/experience. The cons far outweigh the pro's.
Cons
Not enough training provided for new employees, poor management, lack of consistency, never staffed enough for busy periods. Compensation for the amount of work done is measly. Turnover rate is insane, Raises are a joke, not much opportunity for growth.
