      Pros

      Fun and relaxed atmosphere. Reasonable and flexible hours. Great for teenagers as that's what the workforce consists of. Discounted concession items during break and free movies are really great bonuses.

      Cons

      When no movies are coming out that means less hours for everybody, it's very seasonal.
