Pros
The perks of free movie movies and discounted food and snacks were great. Employees all young and like-minded. Plenty of opportunities for advancement, relocation and promotion. If you were liked by the superiors you would go really far.
Cons
Note this was in 2008/2009 but management was tyrannical. Good employees that made profit were forced out due to the GM's personal whims. I hear she's gone now so I'm sure it's much better now. Corporate culture was mentioned in training but never put into action. Employees and guests went disrespected. I was a minor at the time and had worked overtime hours which went unpaid due to broken labor laws. The managers overided the system and deleted those hours for me because overtime for a minor could not appear on the books. I never got paid and couldn't fight it.
