      Free movies, no micromanaging, free screenings earlier then release

      Cons

      Lack of support, favoritism is clear through all levels, discrimination ( they are an at will employer so if you bring up an issue they will find a reason to terminate) low pay scale on all levels, terrible benefits

      Not too intensive work, friendly coworkers, free movie tickets!!

      Cons

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
