They train you well in all aspects on the business so you get the foundations of each area such as inventory, payroll, retention, and marketing. Easily transferable skills
Cons
The hours are a bit crazy since it is a theatre, you normally can stay as late at 3am, and shifts are 10hours on your feet a lot of the time so it can be quite demanding.
