Pros
I liked my coworkers and my GM was cool for some of the time I was working there. The best thing about this job is that it teaches you about people. People are rude and entitled for no reason and I think it taught me to be more empathetic.
Cons
Management was useless, I mean, maybe 2 people out of a staff of like 8 upper management positions were competent and actually helped but the rest just kinda did nothing and you had a bunch of 16 year olds running the movie theater and then an adult when someone asked to speak to a manager. But to the 2 competent managers, you rock and you were manning a sinking ship most nights.
