Decent Overall - General Manager AMC Entertainment Employee Review

Low pay. High turnover. Low retention. Unreasonable expectations from corporate due to limited resources. Corporate level displayed poor communication, little to no help, dismissive, circumvented concerns. Considered high turnover to be positive, was told all of my staff were expendable but still expected a path of succession to be implemented. Basically on your own, high stress, no appreciation in my experience as a General Manager.
