Work life balance. Flexible timings. If in IP teams can get technical learning. Decent pay. Graphics team and software teams are good.
Cons
It's all implementation driven, so nothing to learn on architecture and design. Flows are too stereotype that emphasis is on flows than to learn. Lack of technical growth in most of the teams.
