Opportunity to work in top class, high technology environment. Very good salary and benefits.
Cons
Politics have often more impact than Engineering common sense. American honchos tend to look down on Canadians (and non-USA), as a lesser species. Company is struggling to survive and jobs can be moved to Asia anytime.
