You get to work with some of the best engineers. Also, working on some of the most complex designs gives you ample opportunities to learn and innovate.
Cons
Although the top management is focused and working hard, there seems to be disconnect between them and lower management ranks. First and second level managers are more busy managing their bosses and impressing them than growing team and managing the work.
