      - Team was really nice and welcoming - Lots of autonomy to work on the projects that were of most interest to me

      Cons

      - Getting help from separate teams is a little challenging - Some older products' support teams are based in different time zones which makes things a little hard

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
