      Good exposure for someone doing their first job. Also good work life balance.

      Cons

      Compensation is low compared to some other companies. Plus I would say that not enough recognition for work.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
