Not the best place for women - Senior Business Analyst AMD Employee Review

As a young women in business operations, I feel that I am often dismissed or people assume that I am more junior than I am despite 7yrs of experience, I am definitely the minority in my extended group and I have been told that I am paid below my peers when considering base pay alone, efforts to move up or ask for more money are met with promises for the future that are never realized, my current manager often engages in discriminatory or aggressive language that is excused as being "playful" or "joking"
