      No teammate support you cause everyone being micro-manage with full of sh*tty non-value added workload FFS.

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
